•”Certified Professional Agile Project Management” program, conducted in collaboration with HRD Corp under the PENJANA HRDF initiative, we are proud to have empowered 40 participants with advanced Agile project management skills. Spanning two intensive batches in January and February 2022, this certification course focused on equipping professionals with the essential tools and techniques necessary to excel in agile project environments.

•Throughout the five-day training, participants delved into a comprehensive curriculum covering Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Extreme Programming, Lean, and Kanban. They gained practical insights into defining project visions, planning iterations, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risks. Interactive sessions including case studies, simulations, and role-plays ensured hands-on learning, preparing participants to implement Agile principles effectively in their respective roles.

•By emphasizing adaptive planning, continuous improvement, and team collaboration, this program not only enhanced participants’ project management capabilities but also equipped them with strategies to navigate complex project landscapes with agility and confidence.
